Russell Moore Chairman and founder of FMCG Executive Network since 1999 after many years working for Blue Chip food organizations in the UK and the Middle East. The experience of having worked in these businesses, have allowed him to grow FMCG Executive Network to be at the forefront of FMCG recruitment both in the UK and Europe.
Russell’s main areas of expertise now are focused towards recruiting senior board levels executives in to exciting positions.
The ever-changing demands of clients means that the shortage of ‘real’ talent has meant the search is now on a world wide basis and overseas visits are normal. In his new role as chairman, Russell successfully allows his experience and knowledge to be used in a way to add true value to both clients and candidates and help with organisations with their growth plans etc.
