Chloe started her career at FMCG Executive Network in 2009 as a Researcher. Over time she gained advanced headhunting skills to find the best (often passive) talent in the industry. Since being in the business Chloe has built exceptional candidate relationships that have converted to long term business opportunities. Chloe’s promotion to Recruitment Consultant lead the recruitment of even higher caliber FMCG sales and marketing professionals. 

Chloe then left the business to further her knowledge wthin Sales enviornments. However, after reflection she missed being in a Faster moving environment. She rejoined FMCG Executive Network as Customer Development Executive, where Chloe developed customer relationships and managed the Talent Pool. In January 2013 Chloe was promoted to Customer Development Manager, Chloe has four years of experience within talent management and is closely aligned with a large client base. Chloe is constantly improving and creating successful structures that produce a framework for FMCG Executive Networks talent sourcing teams. Chloe has absolute commitment to developing the talent and headhunting function.
