They are one of the most progressive dairy processors, with the state of the art manufacturing facilities and a blue chip customer base, with a focus on the foodservice catering and bakery sectors. They have a history of innovation in dairy and are currently active in multiple International markets around the world and have won several prestigious awards. This role is a senior role within the international team and will report to the Head of Export. You will be responsible for the continued growth of existing business and for the development of new business in existing and new market channels. • Work with the team of export managers to develop and implement budget plans to deliver performance in line with agreed targets • Will have overall responsibility for European wide sales and bottom line performance and direct control over some key countries. • Will be required to lead a team, empowering the team with communication and effective delegation of authority and responsibility. The ideal person must have: • Export experience, in FMCG blue chip manufacturing • Extensive knowledge of the foodservice in catering and bakery sectors. • A working knowledge of at least one European language (ideally French) • Able to demonstrate financial and commercial understanding • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills • The ability to work on own initiative and in a team environment • Be willing to travel extensively to perform duties throughout appointed world regions • People management skills appropriate for such a position Ideally this position will be office based in the London area.
