Location: South East of England
Our client, a nationwide developer and supplier of exclusive products and supporting services world-wide to Hair Studios are looking for a Business Development Manager for south east of england. Their belief in a comprehensive range of mutually supporting products backed by innovation and up-to-the minute market awareness is key to the business philosophy. A highly reputable company, this position is an aspiration for anybody wanting to work within this sector.
Reporting to the UK Sales Director, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for the business development strategy and execution of agreed actions in their geographical area.
Key to this role is
• Exceptional commercial know-how and personal confidence and the need for Business Development Manager to produce exceptional sales growth through new account openings and high service levels to existing accounts.
• The ability to become an ambassador for the companies brands, a role model of sales expertise and account management for all other sales executives to learn from and aspire to.
• To be a highly competent Business Development Manager in building excellent relationships with their team, key customers, guest artists and Educational team senior role holders.
Main responsibilities are:
• Increasing new business and maintaining existing customers
• Design business development initiatives at any level to develop new sales and distribution growth.
• Attend key business reviews.
• To work with key individuals within the company to ensure training programme is in place and to explain the Academy prospectus to customers
• To be able to play an active role with account contract negotiations
• Mentor team members, offer support where appropriate, and assist in induction programmes for new staff.
