We are currently representing one of the fastest brands within FMCG, they are looking for an ambitious Retail Focussed National Account Manager. Unlike many other businesses, our client is very action orientated when it comes to developing their internal talent, at a fast pace! As part of their continued business growth strategy, they are looking to recruit their leaders of the future.
The role will involve developing existing client accounts and negotiating contracts in order to maximise business potential within the Retail sector, as well as identifying and developing new business opportunities for the brand. A key focus of the role will be to pioneer and gain full distribution of the product range across designated accounts. You will be expected to manage monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts and provide first class account management skills.
The successful National Account Manager will:
•Have previous experience of managing National Accounts.
•Have a proven track record of achievement.
•Have experience in agreeing and implementing JBP's
•Forecasting Channel Performance.
•Implementing promotional campaigns.
•Developing, implementing and reporting on account joint business plans.
•Be passionate about sales and be comfortable with contract negotiation.
•Strong leadership and man management skills.
•Strong Business acumen.
