What the job entails.
As the successful Field Sales Manager you will be expected to maintain and develop existing customer relationships, including regular meetings to review the performance of the operation and strategic planning both financially and against KPIs. As part of this role you will manage a large team of direct reports, so experience managing a large team in a variety of roles is important. There is also a key focus on building and growing your customers business by developing the services provided, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
