What the job entails.
As the successful Customer Development Director you will be a part of the senior leadership team, you will be expected to contribute to the overall strategic direction of the business, as well as being highly effective at leading and coaching large teams. This is a vital role for our clients business, and as the Customer Development Director you must be able to demonstrate advanced commercial skills, strategic direction, and financial acumen. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to grow sales and profit within the business unit. You will be able to work well with all internal and external teams to ensure consistent delivery of Service Level Agreements.
