Option 1:
Contingency – Assignments conducted via database and networking search. Including Skype and telephone screening.
Option 2:
Branded or Unbranded Advertised Selection – Assignments conducted solely by FMCG Executive Network via online/media advertising with agreed time scale to shortlist. Application management, face to face interviews, Skype interviews and profiling (if agreed) included as part of this service.
Option 3:
Talent search – Assignments conducted solely by FMCG Executive Network on a full executive search basis.
Talent Search 2 (TS2):
£2000.00 Initial Payment – Balance payable on successful placement
Applicable to salary band £20k to £50k
Talent Search 4 (TS4):
£4000.00 Initial Payment – Balance payable on successful placement
Applicable on all salary assignments over £50k
*All talent search assignments include: Client Human Job Analysis, Personality profiles for all second stage candidates. Additional Testing Options: Job compatibility test for Long Shortlist (£150), GIA/TST test (£99 per candidate).
