The short-list we produce will be tightly matched to both your personal specification and to the culture of the organisation; all candidates will have been thoroughly screened through reference checking, profiling and competency based interviewing techniques.

Our board appointment fee process is generally conducted on one third initial payment, one third at shortlist and final third payable on successful completion.
